Antoinette "Toni" Carver

Antoinette “Toni” Carver , 76, of St. Marys, died at her home on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at her home following a lengthy illness.

She was born on August 21, 1945 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late James and Ethel Jacob Lecker.

Toni was a graduate of Elk County Christian High School, class of 1963. She retired from years of service at Penn Highlands Elk but also loved her part time job at Fashion Bug where she could show off her love of clothing while helping people look their best.  In her younger years, Toni loved nothing more than social gatherings with her friends, where they would often get together and go dancing.  Armed with a positive attitude and a heart of gold, Toni loved having company and visiting with her friends.  She leaves behind her beloved dog, Sophie, and her granddogs, Mollie Moo and Quirky.

She is survived by one daughter; Kelly Carver of New Orleans, LA, a sister; Janice Fitch of Emporium, and a brother; Daniel Lecker of St. Marys.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother; James “Tom” Lecker.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Antoinette “Toni” Carver will be celebrated on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 337 Center Street, St. Marys, Pa 15857 with Rev. Thomas Curry, Pastor, officiating.

Visitation will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Elk County Humane Society.
