Betty Dietz

She was born November 15, 1925 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Edward and Lillian Davis Cheatle.

On June 14, 1947 in St. Mark's Church in Emporium, she married James H. Dietz, who survives.

Mrs. Dietz was a lifelong resident of the area and was Presbyterian by faith. She graduated from St. Marys Area High School, class of 1943. She worked for several years at Powdered Metal Products and also at Uni-Mart. She enjoyed sewing, reading and traveling.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Edward and Charles Cheatle
