Brian L. Erich

Brian L. Erich , 44, of 133 Wehler Road, St. Marys, died on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Elk Haven Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.

He was born August 6, 1967 in St. Marys, a son of John "Jack" Erich, St. Marys and the late Jean M. Vollmer Erich, who preceded him in death on April 16, 2010.

Brian was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of SMAHS, class of 1985.  He was employed at Metaldyne for more than 25 years.  He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and trapping.  He also enjoyed planting outdoor food plots and shooting sporting clays.

In addition to his father, he is survived by:
Brother: Glenn Erich and his wife Fran, St. Marys
Brother: Blaine Erich, Kersey
2 Nephews: Jesse and Nick Erich, St. Marys
Close Friends: Dave and Debbie Kerner, St. Marys

In addition to his beloved mother, he was preceded in death by a brother; Gregg J. Erich who preceded him in death on December 10, 2011.

There will be No Visitation .

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial which will be Celebrated at the Queen Of The World Church, 134 Queens Road, St. Marys, on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Eric Vogt, O.S.B., as Celebrant.

Burial will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
