Carol L Mcclain

Carol L. McClain, 83, of 324 N. St. Marys Street, St. Marys, died on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Elk Haven Nursing Home following a short illness.

She was born on November 27, 1937, in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Harry and Ruth Malloy McClain.

Carol was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of St. Marys High School.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and retired from SGL Carbon after many years of service.  In her free time, she enjoyed bowling, reading, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by three sisters; Bonita "Bonnie" McClain and Maureen "Rhea" Evans, both of St. Marys, and Margaret "Peg" Bonavita of Warren, as well as by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be held privately at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home.

Interment will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
