Connie P. Cuneo

Connie P. Cuneo , 80, of 105 Toby Road, Dagus Mines, died on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Penn Highlands Elk following a brief illness.

She was born on June 21, 1941, in Brookville, Pa, a daughter of the late Homer and Vera Gahagan Condron.

Connie was a lifelong resident of the area and graduate of Sigel area schools.  She retired from Owens-Illinois in Brockway after more than 38 years of service.  An avid animal lover, Connie could often be found taking care of animals for others and enjoying the companionship of her animals.  She also enjoyed tending to her flowers and house plants, listening to Conway Twitty, and canning.

She is survived by two sons; Kevin (Vicci) Cuneo of Philipsburg, Stanley (Hope) Cuneo of Crenshaw, by a daughter; Christine LaCombe of Buffalo, and by 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including a special niece; Karen (Mark) Brem of Kersey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 5 brothers; Harold, Carl, Thomas, Ronald, and Charles Condron, and by a sister; Lawanda "Peggy" Lindenmuth.

Visitation and funeral services are being held privately with the family at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
