Deborah Kronenwetter

Deborah A. Kronenwetter , 58, of 91 Wes Ln., St. Marys, died suddenly Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014 at her home.
She was born Nov. 3, 1956, a daughter of Richard Johnston and the late Helen Goodrow Johnston, who preceded her in death Jan. 26, 2010.
On April 8, 2006, she married David Kronenwetter, who survives.
Debbie was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of St. Marys Area High School, Class of 1974. She was a member of St. Mary's Church where she actively volunteered her time for the gift shop, the kids cafe and for CCD. She greatly enjoyed her dogs and vacationing at the beach. She also enjoyed reading and her computer. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, David Kronenwetter and her father, Richard Johnston and his fiance, Aloha Schaut, she is survived by a daughter, Nicki (Robin) Stahl of Ridgway; a son, Robert (Angie) Casher of St. Marys; four grandchildren, Seth, Cody, Ashley and RJ; and by two great-grandchildren, Maddie and Lilly. She is also survived by a sister, Patricia (Tim) Salter of St. Marys; three step-sons, David Kronenwetter Jr. of Ridgway, Jeremy Kronenwetter of Ridgway, and Shawn (Casey) Kronenwetter of Johnsonburg; a step-daughter, Tara Kronenwetter of DuBois; three step-grandchildren, Ally, Cody and Hayden; and by a niece, Shelbi Childs.
In addition to her mother, Helen Goodrow Johnston, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Roger Cancilla.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Deborah A. Kronenwetter will be celebrated Thursday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Church Street, St. Marys with Rev. Alfred Patterson, OSB and Rev. Eric Vogt, OSB as concelebrants.
Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., St. Marys on Wednesday, Nov. 19 from 5-8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society, St. Mary's Church or to the Benedictine Gift Shop.
