E. Frayne Adamson, Sr

Edmund Frayne Adamson Sr., 88, died Monday, Feb. 3, 2014 at the Communities at Indiana Haven.
He was born July 21, 1925 in Washington Township, Indiana County, son of George Edward and Molly Lillie (Jewart) Adamson.
Surviving is his grandson, Thomas Steis and his mother, Sherry Steis, both of Johnsonburg; a brother, Gerald E. Adamson and his wife Virginia "Jean" Adamson of Homer City; and many nieces and nephews.
Frayne was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Verda L. (Snyder) Adamson; son, Edmund Jr.; grandson, Frayne E. Steis; brother, Melvin; sisters, Irene Kuhn, Gertrude Beck, Leota Good, Ruth Orr, Eldean Koma.
A funeral service for Edmund Frayne Adamson Sr. will be held Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home.
Friends will be received on Friday, Feb. 7 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home in Indiana, Pa. A viewing will also be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014 from noon until 2 p.m., with services to immediately follow.
Interment in the St. Marys Cemetery will be private.
