Edna M. Ginther
, 85, of 669 Washington Street, died at her home on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 following an illness of the past several months.
She was born May 4, 1926 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Frank C. and Anna Loichinger Geeck.
On August 16, 1947 in St. Marys Church Rectory, she married the late Richard Ginther, who preceded her in death on July 30, 2005.
Mrs. Ginther was a lifelong resident of the area and was a member of the St. Marys Church. She graduated from Central High School, class of 1944. She worked at Stackpole Carbon Company for more than 15 years. She and her husband enjoyed the time they spent together volunteering for Meals on Wheels. She also enjoyed working in her i
