Elaine M.  Beimel , 55, of 146 Terrace Road, St. Marys, died on Saturday, August 31, 2013 following injuries sustained in an automobile accident in McKean County.

She was born September 24, 1957 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Silvio and Evelyn C. Ott Cuneo.
On June 9, 1979 in Queen of the World Church, she married the late Gary Beimel, her husband of more than 34 years.
Elaine was a lifelong resident of the area and a member of St. Marys Church.  She attended Queen of the World School and graduated from SMAHS, class of 1975.  She had been employed at Elk Regional Health Center in St. Marys since she was 16 years old and was currently working in the Cardiology Department.  She enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with her family, especially with her beloved husband, Gary.

Son: Jeffrey Beimel and his wife Suzy, St. Marys
Brother: Ronald Cuneo and his wife Catherine, St. Marys
Numerous nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents and was joined in death by her husband Gary Beimel, her brother, David Cuneo and her aunt, Florence Donachy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the Elk County Catholic High School, 600 Maurus Street, St. Marys, on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Thomas More Sikora, O.S.B., Pastor of St. Marys Church and Rev. Richard Allen, Pastor of Queen of the World, Concelebrants.
Burial will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Elk County Catholic High School, 600 Maurus Street, St. Marys, on Friday evening from 6-9 PM.
