Elizabeth A. Miller

Elizabeth A. "Betty Ann" Miller , 74, of 22 Sonny Drive, St. Marys, died on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Elk Haven Nursing Home following a brief illness.
She was born April 27, 1938 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Simon and Rozella Walker Seelye.

Betty was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of Central High School, class of 1956.  She was a former employee of Carbon City, Ames, BiLo and most recently of the Community Nurses.  It was Betty's pride and joy to care for the elderly in her work.  She was also a very dedicated volunteer for the Girl Scouts, and served as a troop leader and director at Camp A-Da-Hi.  She enjoyed camping, swimming, dancing, canoeing and ice and roller skating.  She also enjoyed playing Wii and board games with her family.  Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by O. Donald Miller.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Elizabeth A. Miller will be Celebrated at the Queen Of The World Church, 134 Queens Road, St. Marys, on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Michael Ferrick, Pastor, as Celebrant.
Entombment will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., St. Marys, on Friday evening from 5-8 PM.
