Everett J. "Hemi" Fowler
, 68, of 618 N. Broad Street, Ridgway, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at his home.
He was born on October 6, 1948, in Gouverneur, NY a son of the late Judson Fowler and the late Harriet Durham Sturtevant.
Hemi was Baptist by faith and enjoyed crosswords, playing cards, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by a brother, Willis Fowler of Auburn, NY, four sisters, Gayle Anderson of Ridgway, Mary Anderson of Ridgway, Sherry Sturtevant of Dunkirk, NY, and Melinda Shaffer of Dunkirk, NY, as well as by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Susan Fowler and Nancy Shaffer and by two brothers, Daniel Kelsey and David Fowler.
Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Funeral Services will be held at a later date and at the convenience of the family.
Interment will be in New York.
