Florence A. "Flossie" Donachy
, 82, of 217 Martin Road, St. Marys, died on Saturday, August 31, 2013 following injuries sustained in an automobile accident in McKean County.
She was born February 1, 1931 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Charles and Marian Feidler Ott.
On July 15, 1950 in St. Marys Church, she married the late Robert W. "Schultz" Donachy, who preceded her in death on December 1, 2009.
Flossie was a lifelong resident of the area and a member of Queen of the World Church. She worked at the Peacock and at the Bavarian for many years. She enjoyed cooking, going to bingo and playing her weekly puzzles. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her grandson Nathan, whom she adored.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 4 sisters; Gertrude Wilson, Bertha Glatt, Evelyn Cuneo and Gracie Ott in infancy. She was joined in death by her niece, Elaine Cuneo Beimel, her nephew-in-law, Gary Beimel and her nephew, David Cuneo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the Elk County Catholic High School, 600 Maurus Street, St. Marys, on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Thomas More Sikora, O.S.B., Pastor of St. Marys Church and Rev. Richard Allen, Pastor of Queen of the World, Concelebrants.
Burial will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Elk County Catholic High School, 600 Maurus Street, St. Marys, on Friday evening from 6-9 PM.
