, 83, of 733 Theresia Street, St. Marys, died on Friday, October 4, 2013 at Elk Haven Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
She was born September 14, 1930 in Benezette, a daughter of the late David and Mildred English Swackhammer.
On June 23, 1956 in St. Marys Church, she married the late A. Raymond Kraus, who preceded her in death in 1992.
Mrs. Kraus was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She attended Benezette schools and graduated from Weedville High School. She retired from Stackpole Carbon Company after many years of service. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
