James H. Riddle

James H. Riddle , 75, of 702 S. Michael Rd., St. Marys, died on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 following a lengthy battle with cancer.

He was born on January 12, 1940, in St. Marys, a son of the late Joseph and Bertha Schwabenbauer Riddle.

Jim was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of Central Catholic High School. class of 1957.  He was the longtime owner and operator of the local Radio Shack, having retired several years ago.  He was Catholic by faith and was a longtime member of the K of C.  He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and the Pittsburgh Pirates.  He greatly enjoyed gardening, taking care of his property and working around the house.

As well as by munerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Sr. M. Valentina Riddle, O.S.B., and Mary Margaret Riddle in infancy.

A Funeral Service for James H. Riddle will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at 2:00 PM at Lynch-Green Funeral Home.
Interment will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Elk County Catholic School System, 600 Maurus St., St. Marys, PA 15857 or to a charity of choice.
