John J. Boschert

John J. Boschert , 54, of 424 German Settlement Road, Ridgway, died unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, December 26, 2013.
He was born April 11, 1959 in St. Marys, a son of Anna Carlson Boschert of St. Marys and the late John J. Boschert, who preceded him in death on March 29, 2013.

On September 24, 2004 in Ridgway, he married Jane Woelfel Boschert, who survives.

John was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of SMAHS, class of 1979.  He was a member of St. Marys Church and worked at St. Marys Carbon Company for more than 30 years.  He enjoyed hunting, gardening and going to camp.  He also enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family and his dog.  "Big Family, Big Love"

In addition to his wife, Jane Woelfel Boschert, he is survived by:

Step-daughter: Stephanie, Mrs. Devin Young, St. Marys
Step-son: Adam Meyer, St. Marys
Step-son: Daniel Meyer and his wife Nicole, Kersey

Sister: Linda, Mrs. Joseph Copello, St. Marys
Sister: Deborah, Mrs. Anthony Schneider, Brockport
Brother: David Boschert and his wife Darlene, St. Marys
Brother: Michael Boschert and his wife Michele, St. Marys
Brother: Stephen Boschert, St. Marys
Numerous: nieces and nephews

Private funeral and committal services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
