Joseph A. Hillebrand

Joseph A. Hillebrand , 88, of 74 Erie Avenue and formerly of Windfall Road, St. Marys, died on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at Allied Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton.

He was born July 21, 1923 in St. Marys, a son of the late Peter and Mary Zoschg Hillebrand.
On June 4, 1944 in St. Marys, he married Patricia M. McMackin Hillebrand, who survives.

Mr. Hillebrand was a member of St. Marys Church.  He graduated from Central High School and retired from Stackpole
Carbon Company after many years of service.  He was a member of the K. of C. and the St. Marys Sportsmens Club.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Joseph A. Hillebrand will be Celebrated at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Church Street, St. Marys, on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Meinrad Lawson, O.S.B., as Celebrant.

Burial will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.

A gathering with the family will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., St. Marys, on Thursday evening from 5-8 PM.
