Joseph M. Rubino
, 81, of 484 Main Street, Kersey, died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, January 30, 2013.
He was born April 16, 1931 in New York, a son of the late Michael and Beatrice Kemendo Rubino.
His first wife was Marjorie Gahr Rubino, who preceded him in death on February 12, 1995. He then married Marie Calhoun McHone Rubino, who survives.
Mr. Rubino was a member of St. Boniface Church. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was the cook at the Hilltop Diner for many years. He enjoyed reading and watching movies. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Step-daughter: Janet (Brad) Bradley, Illinois

Sister: Ann Narducci, Queens, NY
In addition to his parents and his first wife, Marjorie Gahr Rubino, he was preceded in death by a brother, Salvatore Rubino.
Funeral Services
for Joseph M. Rubino will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 North Michael Street, St. Marys, on
Monday, February 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
Military Honors will be conducted by the Fox Township Burial Detail.
Burial will be in the St. Boniface Cemetery, Kersey, Pennsylvania
