Joy Marie Farley

Joy Marie Farley , 58, of 252 S. Paul Road, St. Marys, died unexpectedly on Thursday, August 15, 2013 following a short illness at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie

She was born Oct 24, 1954 in St. Marys, a daughter of Avis Schauer Neubert of St. Marys and the late Charles Neubert.
On May 16, 1981 in Queen of the World Church, she married Stephen Farley, who survives.

Mrs. Farley was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of ECCHS, class of 1972.  She was a member of St. Marys Church and had worked for many years as a Medical Assistant for various doctors in the area.  She greatly enjoyed dolphins and crocheting.

In addition to her mother and her husband, she is survived by:
Brother: David Neubert and his wife Sandra, Ridgway
Brother: Jamie Neubert, St. Marys
4 Nieces and 5 Nephews:

Emmie, Melody, Keyanna, Abby, Seth, Colton, Christian, Charlie and Harry

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Neubert.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Joy M. Farley will be Celebrated at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Church Street, St. Marys, on Monday, August 19, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Thomas More, O.S.B., as Celebrant.

Visitation will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., St. Marys on Sunday evening from 5-8 PM.
