Joyce G. Meloni

Joyce G. Meloni , 85, formerly of Hemlock Road, St. Marys, passed away on Monday,May 15, 2023, at Pinecrest Manor.

She was born on August 26, 1937 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Orville and Mary Ford Ganoe.

Joyce was a graduate of St. Marys Area High School class of 1955.   She was a member of First United Methodist Church and retired from Stackpole Carbon after many years as a Personnel Clerk.  Joyce then worked for the Community Nurses Home Support for a number of years.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her longtime companion; Larry Bucher.

Funeral Services for Joyce G. Meloni will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM at First United Methodist Church, 140 N. St. Marys Street, St. Marys, PA 15857 with Pastor Missy Smith officiating.

Burial will follow in the St. Marys Protestant Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 9:45 AM until 10:30 AM.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Penn Highlands Community Nurses or to the First United Methodist Church.
