Lois A. Nasoni

Lois A. Nasoni , 65, of Pleasant Gap and formerly of St. Marys, PA, died on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Mount Nittany Medical Center following an unexpected illness.

She was born on November 1, 1950, in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Lewis and Alice Samick Nasoni.

Lois was a lifelong resident of St. Marys and had lived in Pleasant Gap for the last several years.  She was a graduate of ECCHS, class of 1968 and was a member of Queen of the World Church.  She dearly loved her dog, Deuce and enjoyed cooking, cleaning and baking.  Most of all, she loved and adored her granddaughter Ali, who was the light and love of her life.

She is survived by a daughter, Kelley Nasoni of Milesburg, her beloved granddaughter, Ali, by two brothers, Terry (Susan) Nasoni of DuBois and Robert (Dawn) Nasoni of St. Marys and by three sisters, Susan (Paul) Wolfel of Emporium, Julie (John) Frantz of St. Marys, and Lori (Rick) Geitner of St. Marys.  She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Alice Samick Nasoni.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Lois A. Nasoni will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 12:00 PM at Queen of the World Church, 134 Queens Road, St. Marys, PA with Rev. Richard Allen, officiating.
Interment will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.
