Mildred M. "Nan" Salter,
72, of 113 E. Condot Road, St. Marys, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2011 at Elk Regional Health Center following a brief illness.
She was born June 3, 1939 in Johnsonburg, a daughter of the late Anthony "Tony" and Mildred Aiello Asti.
On January 25, 1958 in Holy Rosary Church, she married the late James B. Salter, who preceded her in death on March 12, 2002.
Mrs. Salter was a lifelong resident of the area and a member of the St. Marys Church. She worked for many years at St. Marys Carbon. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and had always enjoyed getting together with her friends for lunch.

Mass of Christian Burial
for Mildred "Nan" Salter will be Celebrated at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Church Street, St. Marys, onThursday, October 20, 2011 at 12:00 PM with Fr. Meinrad Lawson, OSB, as Celebrant.
Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation
will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., St. Marys on Wednesday evening from 5-8 PM.
