Peter G. Keller

Peter G. Keller , 65, of 566 Chestnut Street, St. Marys, died on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Penn Highlands Elk following a brief illness.
He was born on Tuesday, August 02, 1955, a son of the late Lamar "Mickey" and Jane Hasselman Keller.

On July 28, 1979 in St. Marys, he married Denise Eckert , who survives of St. Marys.

Pete was a graduate of St. Marys High School, then went on to attend Williamsport Technical College.  He retired from Metaldyne after more than 30 years of service.  He was a member of the St. Marys Quarterback Club and the PFL.
An avid outdoorsman, Pete enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tying flies.  He also enjoyed collecting guns and being with his family.  He was an avid Pittsburgh fan, never missing a Steelers, Penguins, or Pirates game.

In addition to his wife of more than 41  years, Denise Eckert Keller, he is survived by a daughter; Jessi Corns and her husband Randall of Richmond Hill, GA, a son; Scott Keller of St. Marys, and by three grandchildren; Jade, Trinity, and Kylie.  He is also survived by a brother; Steven "Skip" Keller and his wife Diane of Bellefonte, Pa.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother in infancy.

A Memorial Service for Peter G. Keller will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Lynch-Green Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Gabler, OSB, officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
