Richard H. "Dick" Farnsworth

On February 4, 1967 in St. Marys Church, he married Joan Hoffman Farnsworth, who survives.

Dick was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having been discharged in January of 1968. He made his career working at St. Marys Carbon and Stackpole Carbon Company. He also spent time as a truck driver and working at the All American Car Wash. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoyed hunting with his grandsons and visiting the casino's. He was an avid Steelers fan and greatly enjoyed rooting for the team.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Richard H. Farnsworth will be Celebrated at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Church Street, St. Marys, on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Meinrad Lawson, O.S.B., as Celebrant.
Military Honors will be conducted by the St. Marys Servicemen's Burial Detail.
Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon from 2-5 PM.
