Rose A. Garbic

Rose A. Garbic , 97, of 112 Catalina Road, and formerly of 304 Depot Street, St. Marys, died on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Elk Regional Health Center, following a short illness.
She was born November 22, 1915 in Brooklyn, New York a daughter of the late Ottavio and Carmela Trio Cornelio.
On June 20, 1942 in Sacred Heart Church, she married the late George M. Garbic, who preceded her in death on April 7, 1993.
Mrs. Garbic was a member of Sacred Heart Church. She worked at Stackpole Carbon Company for a number of years and then cooked for many years at several local restaurants. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with her family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 325 Center Street, St. Marys,
on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Eric Vogt, O.S.B., as Celebrant.
Burial will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., St. Marys on Sunday afternoon from 2-5 PM.
