Susan J. Jasper

Susan J. Jasper , 68, of 765 Washington Street, St. Marys, died on Thursday, November 24, 2011 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh following a brief illness.

She was born December 4, 1942 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Rita Brennen Heindl
On November 28, 1963 in Sacred Heart Church, she married the late Thomas Jasper, who preceded her in death on Nov. 23, 1999.

Mrs. Jasper graduated from Central High School, class of 1960 and was a member of Sacred Heart Church.  She retired from Sylvania after more than 35 years of service.  She enjoyed crocheting and going to craft shows.  She also enjoyed gardening, going to picnics and getting together with her friends for lunch.  Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Susan J. Jasper will be Celebrated at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 325 Center Street, St. Marys, on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Eric Vogt, O.S.B., as Celebrant.

Visitation will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., St. Marys on Monday evening from 5-8 PM.
