Thomas A. Giovannelli

Thomas A. Giovannelli , 56, of Pittsburgh and formerly of Kersey, died unexpectedly on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Allegheny General Hospital following heart complications.

He was born on November 27, 1964, in York, Pa, a son of the late Donald Giovannelli and Patricia Bobenrieth Stevens, who survives of Long Beach, MS.

Tom was a graduate of St. Marys High School and graduated from Penn State University with a degree as a Radiology Technician.  He worked at Windfall for a number of years and also helped with the family business, the Skyline Inn in Kersey.  After moving to Pittsburgh, he was employed for many years as a Radiology Tech.  Tom enjoyed camping and playing cards, and loved spending time with his family.  He will be fondly remembered for his sense of humor and always making people laugh.

In addition to his mother and step-father, Patricia (William) Stevens, he is survived by a sister; Nancy (Dale) Wilhelm of Kersey, and a brother; Donald Giovannelli, II of Kersey and by nieces; Britney and Kaci Cousins, nephew; Brent Cousins and by three great-nieces and nephews; Tiaura, Kienna, and Mason.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Giovannelli on August 1, 2018.

Funeral Services for Thomas A. Giovannelli will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021, at 12:00 PM at Lynch-Green Funeral Home with Pastor Ronald Burkett , officiating.
Interment will be in Earlyville Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on  Friday, September 24, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
