Walter J. Snelick

Walter J. Snelick , 80, of 105 Laurel Lane, Kersey, died at his home on Friday, November 30, 2012, surrounded by his family.

He was born November 24, 1932 in Brynedale, a son of the late Walter J. and Catherine Maday Snelick.

In addition to his wife, Alice Meyer Snelick, who survives, he is survived by:

Daughter: Carol, Mrs. Greg Muhitch, St. Marys
Daughter: Connie, Mrs. John Ponsoll, Edinboro
Daughter: Christina, Mrs. Neal DeSai, Illinois
Son: Walter Snelick III and his wife Bernadette, Dallas, Texas
Son: Robert Snelick and his wife Donna, Maryland
Son: William Snelick and his wife Susan, St. Marys
Son: Steve Snelick, Kersey
Son: Paul Snelick and his wife Kelly, Port Matilda
24   Grandchildren
5   Great Grandchildren
Sister: Mary Herbstritt, St. Marys
Sister: Leona Sawka, Ohio

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 5 Brothers and 1 Sister.

There will be No Visitation .

Relatives and friends of Walter J. Snelick are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial which will be Celebrated at the St. Boniface Catholic Church, Main Street, Kersey, on Monday, December 3, 2012  at 10:00 AM with Rev. James G. Faluszczak, Pastor, as Celebrant.
